On #WorldMentalHealthDay please spare a thought for all people living with #dementia and their family carers for which mental health issues following a diagnosis are all too common. If you can, do something nice, give a hug, ring, have a chat with someone who may be affected.
Carers can often experience high levels of stress & anxiety.
This #WMHD2022 & beyond, more must be done to ensure that carers of people living with #dementia are able to carry on with their duties without sacrificing their mental health.
