Today we celebrate #NationalCreamTeaDay
And the key is not too much spreading 🙃
Put a good dollop of clotted cream on the scone and just lightly press it down to make a platform for the jam, then spoon the jam on top and tuck in.
#CreamFirst it's the only way.
