People are blatantly ignoring Martin's experience, he's seen the toughness of the Premier League, got Southampton out of the Championship, even has experience with League One level football with Rangers. #JustBackHim
The last thing El Khannouss needs is a sideways move to Leeds or Sunderland. He's the furthest thing from "ready" or "consistent". Needs to go to Germany or be a development player for top 10 team if he's gonna leave
He fits the description of what the fans want at the end of the day
Managed 90 points championship team
Integrates youth players regularly
Clear style of play.
If Rohl is going to Germany and Carsley and Fabregas don't want in the other options are Still or Dyche
Think Russell Martin makes sense for Leicester City for so many reasons. Completely understand doubts or concerns. But in League One, he’s a great candidate.
Think some of the things I’ve read in the past, last week and today is absolutely wide of the mark. Being against a manager before his appointment, not sure.
It’s a chance for him to rebuild his own career whilst attempting to bring City back. Reset of playing squad (many expected to leave) will give him a clean slate.
More to come on Martin early next week. #LCFC
Leicester fans have spent 3 years trying to convince (and somehow successfully) people that Maddison (20 g/a) got us relegated and that it wasn't Vardy's (3 fucking goals in 36 games) fault
We lack a star player, Fatawu thinks its him but he's not, it should have been El Khannouss but things happen. Monga having a Yamal season is our only hope of top 2
Mavidiabate's mentally checked out, I think we denied him a move in the summer and since he lacks the WC motivation that Faeces, DCR and Vestergaard have, he's not even trying to be good
