When you think of using an 808 most people have a patch or plugin or drum kit they prefer to use, but as @flytetymejam will tell you, there’s a HUGE difference between those options and the actual instrument that created the sound originally.🔊🏆 @flytetymejam talks briefly about the importance of knowing the difference and having the chance to experience utilizing the instruments themselves to better understand the sounds they’re using or trying to create. Check out the rest of the panels interview on our @YouTube channel and via the TmrO Network App‼️🔥🔥

When it comes to producing there’s a lot of copycat producers floating around trying to stifle creativity, unfortunately. @jermainedupri spoke with @DonCannon about the need to stayin in your lane, and creating a sound that is unique & commercial at the same time. @jermainedupri talked about his disdain for “copycat producers” , who are producers that use the same sounds in every beat they create without switching up sounds much. JD expanded on the topic by saying he would rather try something new and challenge himself than stagnate and get stuck in a limited sonic space. Writers block can become a mountain of an obstacle to even the most prolific & innovative of writers, and getting past it sometimes takes some help. That help came in the form of @Usher when @flytetymejam introduced him to the legendary @flytetymelewis‼️👀🔥🔥 @flytetymejam explains that at the time @flytetymelewis was having writers block and wasn’t feeling the people they were tasked with working with. So, Jimmy Jam called @Usher to pull up and work with Terry Lewis and from there they were able to pull Terry out from his writers block. Having people around who insure you and you aspire to work with are sometimes the best motivators to get you back going.🏆

One of the biggest hits from @ScHoolboyQ almost didn’t happen and we had the incredibly talented and solid @SwiffD share the story behind @ScHoolboyQ’s globally known hit record “Studio”‼️🔥 @SwiffD goes on to explain how he went through rough times and wasn’t able to make beats for almost half a year‼️🤯😭 However, he bounced back and found management, which would lead to him sending over a beat pack to @ScHoolboyQ, who would go on to create his hit song “Studio”. S/o to all the managers/ A&Rs out there really puttin the right people together 💪🏾🏆🫡🔥

There’s no getting away from the hard work that comes with being successful and at a high level at that. @nylasymoneee has put in her 10k hours and 10 years into her craft to get it to the point she’s able to provide for herself and continue building out the career she’s created.🔥🔥🔥 Often, people feel that they can skip past the difficulties associated with creating a career in the music/entertainment industry, but this usually doesn’t end well. @nylasymoneee breaks down how commitment and perseverance, and sticking to her plan from start to finish, brought her to the place she’s at now. Watch @nylasymoneee interview with TmrO Network available on our @YouTube channel and via the TmrO Network App Ad-Free‼️🏆💯

There is no such thing as an overnight success. Anyone who may come off as such has usually spent 10 years to get to that long awaited moment in their career. We had @DeeAceTX speak with @DJHed about his rise in the music & entertainment industry, and what that level of work actually looks like. @DJHed goes on to explain how he made a plan and stuck to it and was able to establish in self financially and ultimately change his family’s living situation as well as his own in the process.🏆🫡 Check out @DJHeds full interview on our @YouTube channel and via the TmrO Network App Ad-Free‼️🔥🔥🔥

We definitely need to link @LupeFiasco with @DonCannon to talk more about his Rap Theory college courses at MIT, the timeline from inception to his experience as a professor, and put us on some new knowledge‼️🔥🔥💪🏾👀
