I find it so disappointing that I can’t be everyone. I want dedicate my life to art, medicine, cooking, children and travel. I want to work as a doctor, teacher, pilot, nurse or politician.

I want to truly know what its like to be a man or what its like to be another race or not live in the west. I can’t do really anything in my lifetime but at the same time the amount that I could do is overwhelming.

There are 24 hours in a day 168 hours a week 40 of these at work 56 sleeping (8 hours) 9-11 eating/cooking 10 driving 2-3 cleaning 15 gym and recovery But I still have 33 whole hours considering the higher end of the averages.

Unfortunately the convenience and entertainment that accompanies it, is what makes it so glutinous with our time. Quick videos or shows create positive dopamine responses making us more susceptible to continuing the chemical reaction.
