Amidst the carnage that is @SouthwestAir there are heroes. A big shout out to SW centric @fly2midway (who employ hundreds not on SW payrolls). They have shown more customer facing empathy than the airline, bringing in extra staff to protect and deliver baggage. Well done MDW!

Like plumes of steam prior to an eruption, I’ve seen signs over the last month of travel that @SouthwestAir was not well on the inside. The meltdown of the last four days will change the airline. If it does recover, it would be best if Bob Jordan was nowhere near it.
