Today, I had the honor of attending and speaking at the Monmouth Vicinage Naturalization Ceremony with Clerk Christine Hanlon and Surrogate Maureen Raisch. I am extremely proud of these individuals who worked hard and dedicated themselves to becoming U.S. citizen. Congratulations

It was my honor to speak at the renaming of Midland Park, in Aberdeen, to former Mayor, Freeholder, and Judge, Philip N. Gumbs Park. This was an very special dedication to the life of a great man. His accomplishments and service to Monmouth County will never be forgotten.

Great night last night attending the COANJ Annual Installation Dinner. I had the honor of swearing my good friend Clerk Christine Hanlon in as President of the Constitutional Officers Association of NJ. Congratulations Christine and good luck in your new role as president!

REMINDER: #MonmouthCounty SCAT provides free transportation to vaccine clinics, including the Brookdale Vaccination site, for residents who are disabled (ages 18 and older) and senior citizens over the age of 60. To schedule a ride, call 732-431-6480.

#MonmouthCounty will host "Light Up the Shore" on the evening of 9/11 - All are welcome to head to the beaches at 8:46 p.m. to use their cellphones to light up the skyline to honor the heroes of September 11, 2001. #NJ

The #MonmouthCounty Commissioners will host a 9/11 Memorial Ceremony at 8 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at Mount Mitchill Scenic Overlook in Atlantic Highlands. All are welcome to attend. On-site parking will be limited. Please follow signs for remote parking and shuttle bus service.

Just horrible. @MarciRubinN12 confirms it was a lifeguard who lost his young life when lightning struck suddenly in the South Seaside Park section of Berkeley Township. Just awful. People leaving flowers at the site. @News12NJ will have complete update in the next hour.

This morning, #MonmouthCounty Director @tom_arnone and Deputy Director @KileysSue presented a Façade Improvement check to The Local Line in Red Bank. The grant will be used to install a new sign on the front of the building.

Tonight, my fellow Commissioners and I were honored at the Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Beacon of Heroes Awards, alongside the five Monmouth County Hospitals, the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County, the VNACJ Community Health Center and Kevin McNamara.

Today we officially kicked off the 46th Annual Monmouth County Fair In Freehold. Great time with my fellow Commissioners, Sheriff Shaun Golden, Clerk Christine Hanlon and many other dignitaries! The fair runs till this Sunday July 25th. Hope to see you all there!
