I have very fond childhood memories of my Dad’s 205 GTI 😁. More recently the 207 and 308 we owned have been great, but recent experience of customer service from @PeugeotUK has been abysmal. Guess we need to look elsewhere for a new EV. What’s the alternative to the e308?

I can say this because: I don't write for the mainstream financial press. I don't take money from any of Pete Peterson's foundations. I don't toe the IMF line. I don't care about being invited to the "right" gatherings. We can't escape austerity until we reject the false premise.

Shameful.
Destitution is when people cannot afford to meet their most basic physical needs to stay warm, dry, clean and fed. Our new report reveals a shameful rise in the number of people experiencing destitution in the UK. Here are the key findings 🧵 #DontIgnoreDestitution

The send off from Twyford for @CycleWin #massride today- with Inline skating marshalls, musical joy and just so so much support. We want to ride our bicycles, we want to ride them where we like. Build a cycle lane and they will come…!! @TonyhigginsonUK @HannahOfBananas @winacc

It really is very simple, the area under the curve matters.
Nothing like a morning's discussion on reaching net zero "by 2050" to make you wish for better maths education, all round, including how stuff accumulates over time. Getting there is not the point, what matters is how you get there.

Rishi Sunak backsliding on climate policy … pre-emptive attacks on the Climate Change Committee … and now Chris Packham’s thought provoking programme on activism. I’m an emotional wreck.
