Random nugget from Super Bowl week: Patriots DT Milton Williams and Seahawks CB Riq Woolen first met 20 years ago as young kids in Texas.
Williams: “We went to daycare together when we were little kids. We ended up going to the same rec center when we were really young. Him and my dad have been tight for all of our lives, which is crazy because he was another guy that wasn’t highly recruited out of high school. We both ended up in Conference USA. He was at UTSA and I was at Louisiana Tech, and we played against each other a couple times. So it’s crazy to see his story.”
