peeps these days be complaining about how hard it is to hit the 10000 steps a day goal because you dont even have to leave the house, just order everything from amazon... well, stop ordering from them and get a job on amazon's warehouse floor, and you'll be doing 30,000 a day!

FALSE! this is an old one. And In fact, one I used to believe. metabolism does increase when you eat. Its called thermic effect of feeding. But... if you have 3 large thermic effects or 6 small thermic effects, the ed result is the same - no difference in metabolism or fat loss

Im tired of hearing people say “bodybuilding is unhealthy" without making any distinction between natural and enhanced. Done drug-free and not pursuing ridiculously low body fat with insanely extreme diets, bodybuilding is probably the healthiest sport / endeavor in the world
