Foodora: Delayed chat queue. Manually paste unreadable order id. No way to get back to chat in app. Upload photos by email. Radio silence. No indication they intend to do anything but "work with the restaurant". 2 hours. Support Philosophy: Obfuscate and deflect until you give up
Obviously a small sample size, but both companies are operating in highly competitive markets, and support remains a differentiator that many have already written the playbook for.

PM is an awesome job: make big decisions about the product, often be the face of it in presentations/meetings, etc.
I haven't been one for years now and have since led almost every other function, so I feel like I can share a different perspective freely... PM is the worst job:

* Your calendar is (usually) what you *actually* work on.
