Vague-post, but I was at a con last weekend and caught up with some really remarkable, senior, respected people in infosec of whom a surprising multitude are ready to quit their jobs because of poor management and poor leadership at their organizations. It is really shocking.

After loosing power for 96 hours due to an intense weather event Iāve decided to get a battery backup and solar. Right now leaning towards @bluetti_inc AC200Max, would love to be able to justify the new AC300 for its UPS function but the AC200Max and a manual transfer will do

Not to be fixed to one company we already got a fantastic folding Solar panel from @jackeryinc. While not 100% compatible with the Bluetti we will be keeping it as it powers USB devices without battery pack
