Incredible growth and profits — far above the norm.
While they made millions —
As the direct result of Jane Rubin being their sole Creative Director and Visual Designer — and also copywriting their headlines and much of their content —
Employers and clients throughout my career vastly underpaid me — I only had a middle class income — my best year was 2009 — $115,020.
Back in 1996-97, when I was making millions for ultra-wealthy Ed McCabe, my starting salary as sole art director and visual designer was only $35,000.
I was immediately so successful that Ed gave me a raise of $5000 after a month or so — "rewarding" me with a whopping $40,000/yr —
While my creative excellence consistently brought Ed more millions.
More proof:
After I left McCabe & Company in '97 — without me — Ed went out of business.
Same deal at BSA Advertising, where I was hired as the co-Creative Director in 2000:
I immediately brought BSA their most profitable quarter in the history of the company — as was stated to me —
But when I left a year & a half later – BSA soon lost their biggest clients and went out of business as an independent recruitment and branding agency.
NinjaTrader — for whom I was the one-woman agency from 2006-2010 — went from being a small, nearly invisible start-up — to being one of the dominant, global trading technology companies in the world.
The founding partners, Ray, John and Dierk — became fabulously wealthy. The company was so successful that it was acquired. They were able to retire young — and very wealthy.
But all the while, NinjaTrader, and my other clients, and previous employers, to whom I brought amazing profits —
Only paid me a basic middle-class retainer/salary. I averaged about $50-70,000/year — while my talents, work ethic and integrity brought them growth far beyond what people referred to as "aggressive growth."
As is documented:
My clients won ultra-aggressive, ultra-profitable annual growth — while paying me a minuscule amount — with no profit-sharing deals either.
In short: It is this decades-long racketeering scheme, plus many predicate crimes and Nixon-Segretti-style smears (with nicknames and symbols, never my real name) —
That robbed me and my deceased Dad for decades, forcing me into a security guard job in my 50s, to survive.
