This is customer service! Started forwarding logs from the ROSA cluster to CloudWatch and I saw that there was some error in the logs. Didn't have time to figure it out....just got an email from the @Openshift SRE team that they have implemented a workaround to a bug.

Github Actions, private @openshift clusters, and @argoproj. Not as easy as it sounds since API is not accessible from Github...kind of cool when you get it working.
