I think @jumpdesktop fixed the issue with MacOS Sequoia's asking for screen recording permission monthly ( big deal in my world) Jump Desktop Connect 6.10.35 is now under the new Remote Desktop section. Hoping this is the fix.

So #fcpx for iPad is a whole new UI, not the desktop app running on the iPad. Looks very interesting in how they approached things like the need to do precise edits with touch via the jog wheel. apple.com/final-cut-pro-for-…

Coming soon! Marker Toolbox is a Workflow Extension for Final Cut Pro that allows you to convert Vimeo CSV's to Markers (improved from CommandPost.io's Toolbox), as well as translate Email Comments to Markers using ChatGPT. Will hit TestFlight next week hopefully!

Coming Soon! I got bored waiting for Apple or Blackmagic to add BRAW support for Final Cut Pro, so I've built something myself. BRAW Toolbox will be released later this year allowing you to import BRAW files natively into Final Cut Pro with audio and full metadata. Woohoo! #fcpx

The uses of @jumpdesktop continue to impress. Going from office to home and using my 2013 iMac display, mouse, keyboard and audio for my 2021 MacBook Pro. Wired ethernet and no, that is zero, discernible delay in #fcpx. Using SwitchResX to match iMac 27 resolution.

Did @Dropbox fix #FCPX Library support? I'm testing remote office sync with @syncthing and tried DropBox on a whim. So far the FCPX Library on DropBox is syncing flawlessly, opens shows now errors at either office. Anyone else?

I’m not sure if Apple or Dropbox fixed it but in my testing (and trying to beak it) #fcpx libraries can now be safely stored and accessed on Dropbox. You can even store media, etc in the library and syncing happens as you add media, or cache, or renders. Kinda cool actually.

This is pretty cool - shooting a scene on an iPhone and then adding objects that track in 3D in Apple Motion without having to do any tracking!
