Happy Agender Pride Day!
Agender is defined as not having a gender. Some agender people describe it as having a “lack of gender,” while others describe themselves as being gender neutral.
Agender people fall under the “nonbinary” umbrella and the “transgender” umbrella.

In 2019 we released a Special Report on Trans Youth in NL with the assistance of @transsupportnl. Washrooms in schools, along with many other issues were identified by youth we spoke to. Check out what they said and the recommendations they made.

We are deeply saddened and disappointed to hear of the incident involving a student in Labrador being denied access to the bathroom by school staff and by the reaction to students’ subsequent protest. #nlpoli@NLESDCA @SISNLESD
