BIG NEWS: I'm building a new community for men who want to step outside the ordinary, share amazing adventures, and build rich, multi-dimensional lives together. It starts with an event in Boulder this September that is like nothing you've experienced before. Sign up to stay in the loop (link in comments below) and keep reading for more details… "Most men die at 25; we just bury them at 75.” Two centuries later, Benjamin Franklin's words echo louder than ever. Too many men wither under the weight of hollow pursuits. Today more than ever, men want—no, we need—more. We hear the whisper of the wild, calling us to: ADVENTURE: Not the sterilized, theme park variety, but raw, unfiltered "Type 2 Fun" that changes us from within. BROTHERHOOD: Not just fist bumps and small talk, but iron bonds forged through true adventure and adversity. BUILD TOGETHER: Not just financial empires, but lives worth remembering. Stories worth telling. Friendships that endure. Meaning that outlasts us. The peer group I've always wanted doesn't exist... so I'm building it. It starts with an event this September—the kind of experience no amount of money can buy. You're invited to join me! Add your name to the list (link in comments below) and be first to receive details. A little more background (and the problem with peer groups): There's no shortage of peer groups and bougie executive retreats out there. Over the years, I've tried a bunch but none of them stuck. I always wondered why. Is it me? Eventually, it dawned on me: All of these groups claim to be focused on more than just business and careers, but… The literal qualification to join is your job title, business size, and net worth. What a narrow-minded way to measure success, ambition, and character. It would exclude many of the people who I admire most; professional adventurers, writers, scientists, and Navy SEALs—high achievers who measure success on a different scale. When you get the right mix of guys together to share amazing experiences, that's when the magic happens. The ROI becomes infinite. Are you ready to answer the call? Sign up using the link in the comments below to receive more details soon. There's no commitment but it will help me gauge interest and it will secure your place in line. If you have any questions, DM me. I read and respond to all messages. PS: I'd appreciate it if you'd like, comment, and REPOST to help spread the word!

Started a new biz & hope you can help spread the word: You all know I love RE deals & teaching. Have tried to combine my passions in different ways over the yrs, including on this feed. The new biz, @reseedpartners, is by far my most ambitious try: A strong group of co-founders & I are building what is effectively Y Combinator for real estate operators. (Not affiliated w YC, to be clear!) Heard enough? **Go over to @reseedpartners, click the website link in the bio & add your email to the relevant list.** More info: We will: select cohorts of high-potential people, train them to hunt deals, provide them w $ to live, support them as they hunt, then provide GP co-invest $$ & LP $$$ to take deals down. Over time, we will: - help our operators build large, independent real estate businesses, & - help our own investors build diversified portfolios of high-quality real estate in good markets, structured tax-efficiently, leveraged conservatively, & intended for long-term compounding **If you are interested in partnering with us as an operator and/or as an investor, please go over to @reseedpartners, click the website link in the bio & add your email to the relevant list.** In coming days, I’ll share much more about how @reseedpartners got started, who’s working on it, how it’s structured, & where it’s going. Would sincerely appreciate likes / RTs on this post for reach. Thank you all so much.

Architects who score.
Outsiders don’t really understand just how weird the planning process is. Imagine you’re a master carpenter. You’ve been building furniture and casework for many years. You have a style that you’ve developed, and a loyal customer base that loves your products…
