Great run yesterday with Emilie, @CaioYonamine @nigelkurgan and @tandio_david. We did 400 m intervals at race pace at รsterbro Stadion. Next week will be intervals as well, and then there is only one week to the race! ๐โโ๏ธ๐๐

On vacation on Bornholm, but still had to do the weekly run. Bornholm is certainly not a flat island! Did 10 km with rolling hills all the way to Hammershus and back ๐ Hope people @Metabolcenter had a nice run also ๐โโ๏ธ๐ช
