Trade bangers baby! My companion for @Trenchesclaw is finally live. Converting raw attention into volume. I always thought agents were a great instrument to trade but the attention part always left more to be desired to me. Only exceptional agents typically garnered enough attention to generate significant volume. But on the flip side, every other day there’s a viral post on X, TikTok or Threads I wanted to bring the attention these posts garnered onchain and make it so that people could use @trenchesclaw to trade them. The current @base builder trader flywheel is great but tokenizing virality and internet culture sounds even better. I also added one important component. Every viral post is a 1 of 1 and should be treated as such. So creators of these bangers will get 50% lifetime fees for eternity claimed or not. And traders get to not just trade random posts that don’t go anywhere but only posts that go viral and drive genuine conversations. It’s an implementation I arrived at studying the reception of the @baseapp and @zora initial approach to coining all posts. So these two directly inspired my work with @Tradebangers @brian_armstrong said in one of the interviews that while the baseapp approach didn’t work he knew someone would eventually figure it out and make it stick so this is my attempt.
