A year ago, our Startup Ignition team noticed the AI math didn’t make sense: Cursor and Claude were delivering massive value for $20–$200/month, while the compute alone behind them likely cost far more.
That gap was being subsidized by VC dollars. AI cost about to skyrocket!

It’s been 10 yrs since I sold my company for $20M. So much has changed.

Tried padel tonight. Coming from a pickleball background, it's quite different.
The paddle is heavy, the ball is fast, the positioning is different, and the drop serve takes some getting used to.
