Arguably one of the most beautiful buildings in Sofia, this cathedral was built in honor of the Russian soldiers who died liberating Bulgaria from the Ottoman Empire. Taking over 30 years to complete and furnished with rare and expensive materials, it is truly magnificent. ⠀

This Unesco World Heritage site was built from the blocks of an ancient Inca site, crafted by a number of architects for over a century, and decorated with many important works of art. To say this beautiful cathedral is rich in culture and history is an understatement! ⠀

The gardens at the Kōdaiji Temple are beautiful by day, but if you're lucky enough to be there during a 'Light Up' event, you'll see them really come alive! A few evenings a year, spotlights illuminate the plants with bursts of color. It's truly a sight to behold. ⠀
