I've been playing two bangers this past week. Red Dead Redemption on PS5 and Xenoblade Chronicles DE on Switch 2. Both running at a gorgeous 4K/60 FPS. Gaming doesn't get much better than this ๐

I blame PlayStation fanboys for helping write off JRPGs. For years they demonized and ostracized anything that wasn't an AAA cinematic experience. Now they wonder why the genre became niche on PlayStation while other platforms embraced it.
Sony fumbled the JRPG bag so badly. they had exclusivity from Atlus and Square Enix and it went to shit because the average PlayStation player just does not play JRPGs oh my god

Might actually be the most disappointing Direct for me personally. Not to be dramatic but I was sorta hoping for like, "here's the next batch of games to look forward to in year 2".
We got very very little. There were some cool ports but in regards to Nintendo themselves. Meh
