Beta testers kept asking the same question: "What should I actually store in my vault?"
So I wrote it up. Folder structure, what goes where, what your family actually needs in the first week vs. later.
Most services say 'we can't read your data' and leave it at that. We wrote up exactly what Trustbourne can and can't see in each encryption mode — and why we offer both. Check our new article on the site.
This is very exciting, and very scary at the same time: The very first beta invites went out. The first time anyone else will see and use the product.... Want to be in the next wave? Sign up to our Waitlist
The @trustbourne dead man's switch works.
Check-ins via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Miss them → we ask your contacts if you're okay → vault releases automatically.
Core MVP done. Beta soon.

Nearly at that phase in the product where you start writing “my thing vs competitorX” and “my thing vs alternativeY” articles for the website… #mvp_nearly_done
Adding more things to the Dev Plan, but lots of things are “post launch”. Good thing as I see this product grow over time, and the “v1” todo list is getting smaller and smaller. Excited!
Trustbourne update #2: the vault works. Folders, file uploads, browser-side encryption - the server never sees your data unencrypted.
