Elon Musk once challenged the UN’s World Food Programme: show exactly how $6 billion would solve world hunger, and he’d write the check. They pivoted to a plan feeding 42 million people at risk of hunger for ONE year, not ending it forever. Throwing cash at the symptom doesn’t magically fix the deeper, systemic causes: war, corruption, broken governance, and economic failure. The real question isn’t how much you give, it’s what actually works without lining the pockets of the most corrupt organizations and governments on planet earth.
