So I did a thing!!! A thing I have been talking about for a few years now...I created a website called The Spirited Chef to host a blog that will feature an artisanal spirit and a recipe that I create that pairs with it and pictures etc!

It's COLD out! My Nunuvut-born dog bolted thru wind-opened gate to romp in powdery snow. I gave chase underdressed in UA shirt & down vest. 10 mins later back in the house. Shivered under blanket for 2 hours now warm thanks to #heelslaying @OldPulteneyMalt 18 #whiskyasmedicine
