This evening'dsdram is Wire Works Bourbon Barrel. ABV 53.4 bottle 3030 of 3178. Nothing fancy here. It spent its life in ex Burbon barrels from Heaven Hill. A splash of water to open the flavour up.

Little treat tonight, Wireworks Special Waters Malt. ABV 57.3 bottle 352 of 393. They distilled a high ABV whisky and a very low ABV one. Instead of using water to reduce the ABV for bottling they used the low ABV whisky. It produced a deeply complex taste
