Google Calendar ought to have a UI to go straight to a video meeting instead of having to see the detail of the meeting and then click something.

It seems to take a long time for speakers to realize that the mic really needs to be close to one's mouth. And some people never figure it out.

I just had the best customer service call ever -- with @usbank. No wait to get picked up, and the agent understood right away what I couldn't figure out, which was complicated, involving two accounts, earlier mistaken communications, etc.

Matthew Modine did a great job in Oppenheimer, but the movie did not communicate very well (to me at least) that he was playing Vannevar Bush [!!!]

It would be useful for events in Google Calendar to have a little screen icon in the upper right so that one could initiate the video meeting without having to open the event. (Or maybe a shift- or command-click, I'm not picky.)

Quite an experience leaving the laptop home and only using an iPad. For instance: No “select all” on the iPad GMail? Lame. Really lame. The solution is to use the web app, which is awkward.
