We can’t quite believe we are saying this but today we are over the moon to be announcing our first cookbook KITCHEN TABLE 🍾. We have been working on this for over a year and it will be published to coincide with our 10 year anniversary on March 13th 2025.

Limited edition chocolate and sesame cruffin with Ocelot chocolate.
We have used their 55% femme bar to make a chocolate crémeux which we have balanced with a little tahini for bitterness and sesame brittle all piped into our croissant dough.
