Really disappointed in @PersimmonHomes for there lack of customer service and help during these unprecedented times, we reserved a plot back in March on the hope of our sale going through in April, the world was put into lock down, no contact from them at all to reassure us!

And what makes this even more disappointing is that the house is not even built yet and is 2months behind! But they want us to commit with no contact from them at all during this time to reassure everything was still going ahead as planned #donotbuypersimmonhomes @PersimmonHomes
