@jet2tweets just experienced appalling customer service with Jet2. They lost then broke my suitcase, then denied I had flown with them then closed the complaint!!!!

That says old parroted response does not answer the question. We were told we would be given a date by which emails would be restored. Please do what Axel committed to.

@virginmedia I have been without access to stored emails for 2 weeks as of today. I know that you had a hardware failure but where’s the restore from the back up server? The update on the fix kept rolling forward and has now stopped.

Please can @BBCWatchdog help us to pressure Virgin Media who continue to tweet adverts and promotions while telling us nothing about when historic emails will be available - this is a nightmare. Surely some statement should be made by @virginmedia re dates and compensation??

Request a deadlock letter from @virginmedia if they refuse to resolve complaints then you can complain to the the ombudsman. Zero customer service after 2 full working weeks without emails
