It's been 5 1/2 weeks since my friend Tony San passed away. As it was for me, his passing was a tremendous lose for many. So many of my positive thoughts and wonderful memories were with or of Tony. We discovered the Silicon Valley Bitcoin Meetup together. ☹️

Tony and I became very active with the SVBM at the Sunnyvale Plug and Play. Tony gave a number of "What's New in Crypto" presentations there. Here he is with Charlie Lee (the creator of Litecoin) at PnP in 2018.

A major factor in designing an effective, successful app is employee human-focus design to increase engagement and motivation by the very people that will use it. Functional yes, but also emphasizing the elements of human interaction.

Stop designing ONLY for efficiency and ease of use.
Yes, an app is nicer to use when it is smooth and clear, but this alone is not what gets your customer interested.
It’s time to shift to human-focused design: focused on motivation, not function and efficiency.
