Why does your indoor cat need a rabies vaccine? Why do I vaccinate pet goats and pigs for rabies too? Because like kids, they may not show signs they were bitten. And can expose humans as well! Rabies is not worth the risk.
Sadly, a child in Ontario, Canada who woke up with a bat in their room has died of rabies. The child's parents saw no signs of scratches or bites and believed the child did not need rabies prophylaxis. 1/2 cbc.ca/news/canada/hamilton/…

Three weeks ago, in my pre-wedding panic, I tore up our front porch. I called it nesting, and everyone thought I was crazy.
Today, I finished putting it back together. I’m still a little crazy, I’ll admit, but I got it done!
If you ask me, I’ll tell you I’m not stressed out about my wedding in two weeks. That said, my phone has been on do not disturb for 72 hours and my GI system would tell you something is not quite right.
