Good Morning-Karachi Assalamualaikum 🤍 Today is a peaceful day off from university. I’m enjoying a quiet morning with my book, and cold coffee as Karachi weather is slowly turning warmer. Alhamdulillah for these calm hours. While reading, my heart felt heavy thinking about a young teenage Baloch sister from December 2025. She was only a minor, radicalized online through Instagram and WhatsApp by BL@ handlers. They used emotional manipulation, fake sisterhood, and false promises of jihad to trap her into carrying a suicide vest in Karachi. Alhamdulillah, authorities saved her in time. Her family had no idea what was happening in her private chats. Just like any of us using social media normally, she got pulled in silently. A gentle reminder from To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee: “The one thing that doesn’t abide by majority rule is a person’s conscience.” This means no matter what others say or how strong the pressure feels, our inner voice of right and wrong should always guide us. To every daughter: Keep your conscience strong, stay close to family, and choose education over any false promises. Your safety and future matter deeply.
