I like to have 5 meals per day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, pre workout meal (carb heavy, very low fat and protein), and post workout meal (protein shake - usually 30g of protein). So yeah, protein products don’t solely grow your muscles…a balanced diet & training does 💪🏼🤍

I made pumpkin & broccoli with Nandos Lemon & Herb marinated chicken for this weeks dinner meal prep 💪🏼🥙 Macros ⬇️ Calories: 324 Carbs: 11.4g Fats: 10.4g Protein: 40.4g (FYI my breakfast, lunch and pre workout meal are all 40-50g of carbs each so I’m not low carb at all)
