How can @UKLabour be so dumb with what is going on
I hear that a backbench MP will be reintroducing the assisted suicide bill. I cannot think of a more tone-deaf thing to do at a time of national malaise, particularly as the bill divides the Labour Party, and has been rejected by every medical royal college that took a view.

No, this story is not remotely true. World Cup tickets are sold online through FIFA’s official site/app and resellers like Ticketmaster or SeatGeek. There are zero ticket booths in Houston adding a “mandatory 25% tip” to purchases. The last-minute flight from Europe just to buy tickets in person for today’s Germany match, the sobbing son named Heinrich, and the EU-vs-America moral are textbook rage-bait fiction.

I assume your claim of £90 billion a year in lost tax revenues is based on the NBER's upper estimate of an 8% hit to UK GDP. Which nobody - including the authors of the NBER paper - actually believes... 🤔

2022: Labour Leader Keir Starmer claims at PMQs that Alaa Abd El-Fattah was ‘imprisoned for his social media posts’. 2025: Labour Prime Minister Keir Starmer claims he did not know about those social media posts? He’s the biggest liar that’s ever been in British politics.

I have written my new book, Crude Shadows, so it stands alone, but it does follow the characters set up in my first book, The Crimson Scarf. So for people who would like to read that first, I've reduced the Kindle edition to 99p for one week only here > mybook.to/CrimsonScarf.

Hey hey hey. You leave those Scots alone. My video. Neighbors were cool. Just 90 seconds of love for the world. #NoScotsNoParty
Noisy Scottish soccer fans blast bagpipes in Boston at 6 a.m. ahead of team's World Cup match trib.al/pn03qHj
Community note
The video of Scottish fans playing bagpipes was filmed by a neighbor who called it a fun novelty at 6:30 a.m. (not 6 a.m.) and confirmed locals enjoyed it. x.com/MDMorrison82/s… news.stv.tv/scotland/viral…

Zack, I appreciate hardly anybody within the Green Party is prepared to stand up to you when you are clearly wrong. The Green Party supports the right of peaceful protest and NVDA. You know what "NV" stands for right? Premeditated destruction of property on a grand scale. Unrepentant assault against an officer of the law, taking a literal sledgehammer to the back of a police officer resulting in spinal injury & ongoing occupational health & psychological trauma, these are not acts that politicians should be condoning but condemning. Instead you are championing their violent conduct. Please don't kid yourself, even as Leader of the Green Party, that you can act as a law unto yourself. Whether council tax liability or convictions for perpetrators of gratuitous harm, the law does apply to all citizens equally. Your continued betrayal & transgression of Green Party core values is concerning - as is your advocacy of violent tactics.
Gut wrenching to see four young people jailed for direct action against an arms supplier to Israel. Years in prison for protesting to save lives in Gaza, with 'terrorism' used despite no jury convicting them of it. A truly dangerous attack on the right to protest.

“Gut wrenching” He smashed a policewoman’s spine with a sledgehammer. Zack Polanski is on the side of the Antizionist domestic terrorists.
