Following the Reserve Bank of Australia’s decision to decrease the official cash rate by 0.25% per annum, Ubank will decrease home loan standard variable interest rates by 0.25% p.a.
Ubank’s Neat and Flex variable rate changes announced today will be effective 21 August.
Our app and Online Banking will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance tonight, 17th Jun 2025 from 10:00pm to 18th Jun 2025 05:00am (Sydney time). You can still use your debit card or digital wallet, and withdraw cash as usual.
Starting today, we’ll be rolling out a fresh new look. Don't worry, nothing about how you bank with us is changing - we’re just giving our app, online banking and website a makeover.
Ubank is moving to passkeys to provide strong protection against phishing & scams 🔐
Passkeys combine your device security with stored passwords on a ‘keychain’. For more FAQs on passkeys check out: ubank.com.au/help/current/ap…

Our systems are being restored & customers can now use their app & online banking, including being able to send and receive OSKO payments. We'll continue to monitor this closely. We’d like to thank our customers for their patience & apologise again for the inconvenience.
Like some other banks, we've identified the issue with a third-party vendor and are working with them to resolve it. This continues to affect our app, online banking and Osko payments. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.
We’re still working on fixing our app and online banking. Osko payments are also currently offline, so some payments in and out of your accounts may be slower. We understand this is really frustrating and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this issue may cause.
