What they told you cholesterol is: - A sticky yellow villain - The stuff furring up your dad's arteries - A number to dread at the doctor's - Best kept as low as humanly possible What cholesterol actually does while you panic: - Stockpiles a quarter of your body's supply up in your skull, building and repairing the brain - Insulates every nerve you own, so the signal gets from thought to finger - Supplies the raw material for testosterone, oestrogen and vitamin D - Patches your cell membranes and tidies up after inflammation Your brain is the most cholesterol-rich organ you've got, and it makes nearly all of its own on site because it doesn't trust your bloodstream to deliver. Then a doctor reads one number off a printout and decides your brain's been overdoing it.

"women and children naked, shackled, being whipped" Muslim slave raids on Europe were massive and savage. Ottomans, Tatars and Barbary pirates enslaved over a million whites in one century alone. History they hide while telling us Islam is peaceful. @RaymondIbrahim5

These brutal attacks from these migrants are mostly going for the throats of innocent people, like stabbing in the neck, trying to slit throats and trying to behead people. Then you check the Islamic Quran and read verses like this…. ā€So when you meet those who disbelieve, strike their necks until, when you have inflicted slaughter upon them, then secure their bonds..." Surah Muhammad (47:4) "Strike them upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip." Surah Al-Anfal (8:12) The Quran needs to be completely eradicated from this country and mass deportations need to happen NOW!!!

Bushrat, @Bushra1Shaikh The irony is as exquisite as it is predictable. Here stands a woman of Pakistani Muslim heritage, born into a lineage whose forebears never set foot on these shores until the post-war influx, lecturing the descendants of those who forged America from raw frontier into the world’s pre-eminent civilisation, about the audacity of belonging…. European settlers didn’t ā€˜invade’ a thriving polity; they built one atop wilderness, creating institutions, laws, and prosperity that drew the world. By contrast, what has your demographic contributed to Britain? Not the forging of institutions or the elevation of a people, but the entrenchment of parallel societies. Your community, by contrast, has imported grooming gangs that preyed on thousands of English girls in Rotherham, Rochdale, Telford and beyond. Sharia councils undermining British law; halal impositions; and demographic tides that erode the very character of these islands. All while the native taxpayer funds the experiment in ā€˜diversity’ that benefits the incomer at the expense of the host. Scandals where Pakistani-heritage men were disproportionately represented, enabled by a craven establishment terrified of ā€˜racism’ labels, even in the last couple of days one of your ilk has stabbed a child in the neck… England’s native peoples are not ā€˜settlers’ in their ancestral homeland, neither are the Americans. Their assertion of cultural continuity is no more illegitimate than the English people’s right to remain masters in their ancestral homeland, the land of the Angles, Saxons, and Britons forged over millennia. Your ā€˜amusement’ is the telltale sneer of the coloniser in reverse, lecturing the historic peoples of the West on their own dispossession from the safety of a tolerant England that your forebears could never have built. The Yanks owe their success to European stock; Britain owes its survival to defending ours. You, a voice from this influx, presume to lecture the historic peoples of the West on belonging? Yeh, it doesn’t and won’t work like that sweetheart šŸ˜‰ Your presence here, and the unceasing sermonising that accompanies it, exemplifies the coloniser’s audacity in reverse: arriving in a tolerant, high-trust society built by others, then decrying any resistance to its dilution. European stock built America. Mass Muslim immigration from incompatible climes has burdened England with division, crime, and the slow erosion of our national character. Your ā€˜amusement’ reveals the contempt of the outsider for the host’s rightful claim to continuity. Spare us the lectures. The English owe their country to themselves alone.
There's something uniquely amusing about descendants of European settlers in America lecturing others about who does and doesn't belong.

UK GOVERNMENT SACKED ITS OWN BORDER WATCHDOG David Neal was the man the government hired to inspect UK borders and make sure they actually worked. He did exactly that. What he found was not good. He wrote it all up in official reports. The Home Office locked those reports in a drawer. When he finally went to a newspaper to warn the public that private planes were landing in the UK with almost nobody checking who was on them, the Home Secretary James Cleverly @JamesCleverly fired him. Here is what Neal actually found. At London City Airport, only 21% of flights flagged as high risk were checked by immigration officers. Not some of the time. As a yearly average. He said it was a scandal and dangerous for the country. The Home Office said he had the numbers wrong. Then they fired him. At the moment he was sacked, the @HomeOffice was holding back 15 of his finished inspection reports. Some had been sitting there for 18 months without being shown to the public. The agreed deadline for publishing them was eight weeks. Not one report met that deadline across his entire three years in the job. When they finally released 13 of the reports, they chose to do it on the same afternoon that a separate major inquiry published its findings... Draw your own conclusions. What was actually in those reports? Border control posts left with nobody manning them. Officers at e-passport gates described as distracted and without basic radios. The whole airport border operation rated as neither effective nor efficient. Neal told MPs directly: I have been sacked for doing my job. He also told @BBC the Home Office is dysfunctional and described senior officials rolling their eyes when he brought them his findings. He said the government contacted him three separate times warning him not to speak publicly about the unpublished reports. He had almost no other way to get the information out. The people who fired him for raising border security concerns were the same people who spent years promising the public they had taken back control of the borders. As a Japanese watching the UK right now, I have one simple question. A Sudanese asylum seeker just tried to behead a local man in Belfast. The victim lost an eye. This comes after years of grooming gangs raping thousands of British girls — gangs that police and councils deliberately ignored because they were afraid of being called racist. In Japan, even one case like this would have triggered national outrage and immediate policy reversal. But in Britain, the conversation is still about ā€œnot being far-right.ā€ British people, at what point does protecting your own children become more important than protecting your reputation? We genuinely do not understand this.

Since Blair - 30 years ago - people voted against mass immigration. Every election, they got up, got dressed, found a pilling station and voted to end mass immigration. 30 years they did that. Nothing changed. In fact, it got worse. So they organised marches and protests, and events and petitions and wrote to their MPs and tried every single thing they could legally, to tell the powers that be, that they wanted an end to mass immigration. The state has deliberately ignored and removed all legal options from the British and Irish people to legally, peacefully, have their demands answered. THEY, and nobody else, have created and caused division and riots and fury. The toothpaste can not go back in the tube. We are where we are because, and only because, of 30 years of failed government.

He's not bothered about child sexual exploitation on Pornhub, OnlyFans, Roblox, or any of the countless platforms where children are groomed, abused, and exploited. He's not demanding tougher sentences for predators. He's not demanding the closure of sites that profit from sexual content children can access. He wasn't particularly interested when the BBC spent decades covering for prolific celebrity nonces or when LBC parade around government psyop whore Bonnie Blue. What he cares about is @X. Because X is where people get news, compare notes, share evidence, and discover that what is happening in one town is happening in another. From Penzance to Portugal - we are one. The pretence is that this is about "misinformation" and "encitement", but the actual target is the means by which ordinary people communicate with each other. They've tried destroying our pubs and our churches and communities - where we congregate and talk and unite. But we found somewhere else, so that has to be destroyed too. What they forget is that the British were organising long before mobile phones, the internet, social media, television, radio, or newspapers. For a thousand years we organised rebellions, uprisings, protests, petitions, and resistance movements armed with little more than word of mouth, churchyards, market squares, pubs, and messengers on horseback. The Iceni managed it. The Cornish managed it. The Levellers managed it. The Chartists managed it. The people who fought the Romans, the Vikings, the Normans, and every other power that tried to impose itself upon them managed it. If people are angry enough, they will find each other. They always have.

After spending years looking at every aspect of our national life through a ā€œracialised lensā€, radical left activists now express surprise that others have started to do the same.
Crime is now being viewed through an entirely racialised lens – but only when the perpetrators aren't white. When Chas Corrigan stabbed a Saudi student to death, or Paul Doyle mowed down Liverpool fans, white people didn't have to fear being a target of collective retaliation.

Police 'tried to smear Henry Nowak as aggressor' just three days after his murder. It emerged the force tried to put out a statement implying Mr Nowak had assaulted both Digwa and his brother. An initial police statement, according to The Sunday Times, read: "It was reported two men had been assaulted by an unknown man." Police had sufficient evidence by that time to know that Digwa was a liar. The force would later change their wording after outrage from the Nowak family. The Nowaks had become concerned a false narrative was being pushed about their son. The footage the officers behaviour looked like a scenerio fulfillment phenomena. They went in with one expectation and carried on despite several very obvious contrary indicators that they were dealing with something else. There are systemic cultural and training issues for sure. The rot is deep and basically they need to start over. I’d start with massive firing of all the admin staff and see who to change. Also all the higher ups who made the decisions on training, also investigate any MPs involved in it and remove them too. These are heirarchy led decisions, they should be held responsible. These are their officers following the departments mandated protocols, rotten from the top down. gbnews.com/news/henry-nowak-…

Ideological conditioning and two-tiered policing are glaring symptoms of civilizational decline. They must be rejected across the West. The United States sends our condolences to the family of Henry Nowak and the people of the United Kingdom at this troubling time.
