South Coast AQMD's landmark warehouse rules are already working. Now we need @EPA to approve rules to clean up rail pollution, and for South Coast to finish their rules on ports.

JFC, even our meet-cutes are impacted by how bad people drive in DC. Vision Zero is a pipe dream if we don't recognize that drivers will do whatever the worst possible thing is that physical space allows.
