And that’s a wrap on the 4th edition of the Eastern Africa Mathematics Olympiad (EAMO)! Today, we officially concluded an incredible three days of intense competition, collaboration, and brilliant problem-solving with our closing ceremony. It has been an honor to see the absolute best young mathematical minds from across ten nations come together here at Makerere University. A massive congratulations to Kenya, who emerged as the overall best-performing country in this year's competition! Your hard work, sharp analytical skills, and dedication truly shone through. Every single participant walked away a champion today. We were thrilled to celebrate their achievements as students received their well-earned certificates and prizes during the closing celebrations. This monumental regional event would not have been possible without the immense support of our partners.
