Had a few tough days mentally over the weekend when my mood was low. Took the following steps.
1. Talked to people
2. Set myself a new running goal
3. Created a new training plan
4. Went for a long run
Today I feel amazing and proud of myself.

Previous best was 53 mins. Once did it in 64 mins.
Yesterday I ran a 10K PB in 41:53. Felt great as well. Training continues to pay off.

Training plan 8 was a success and I achieved my goal of a new "unofficial" half marathon PB!

Merry xmas everyone. Finished #RU2C with my first ever sub 4 hour marathon on a beautiful sunny day in Hastings. Thanks to @absolute360 for letting me be part of the team.
21 miles at an average pace of 5:26 per km. Gloves were out for the first time. Yes, of course they are ๐ orange.

Buzzing today to knock a few more seconds off my 10k training PB. Goal for the year was sub 50 so naturally very pleased where my running is at right now.
I've been running 50 miles a week for about 6 months now and get fed up of people telling me I'm running too much & will get injured.
Are they right? ๐ค
40 miles are done at an easy pace.

Every 4th week I drop my mileage to about 35
