It's sad that people need reminding not to dump their trash. What's going on inside their heads? But yes #bringitback
Together we can make this happen. #trashfreetrails #bringitback #mtb #NorthWales

Hello, Anyone been walking or #trailrunning on #IsleofMull I want to do the route below but no sure of best route to ascend from Craignure and to descend into Glen Forsa. Any suggestions would be gratefully received! Thanks!
Sleep, move, eat, talk, enjoy the good stuff 😀
There aren't any shortcuts to health. What actually works? -Sleep. -Move your body -Eat a healthy assortment of foods. -Interact socially. Isolation is not good for the body, soul or mind. -Take some time to reflect on what you are grateful for. npr.org/sections/health-shot…
The humble nettle causing issues again... Have you tried eating them yet @RndmForestRunnr? Good in soup.
After learning that the beautiful golden fields here are rapeseed, I expected these to be called angel leaf (apparently they're stingers, or nettles). I'd rather deal w/ briars: visible cuts but no irritation. These nasty things leave no mark but your legs are on fire for 24 hrs.

We run trails because it's fun, the views and the countryside can be amazing and being outside in nature is good for us (and other great reasons) but why are so many trail events races? Why race through it when you can savour it?

You are most welcome! Come and do Mearley on Tuesday, great friendly race, well marked short distance, great for the novice fell racer!
I was really nervous about turning up to the fell training group because i am a complete beginner, but Colin and the gang are very welcoming and supportive! Please come along! Its fantastic!!
