Buying a EV car is the way forward, but using @hypervolt for a charging service was a bad decision.. been without a charger for over 6 months.. customer service non existent.. any recommendations for a better service provider in the UK?

Anyone else recieving issue with @Baxshop we have made a big order for speakers and accessorises. The phone line never answers and no responses to emails? We are yet to receive the speakers and the order is almost £2700. We are wishing there is just a delay

@Baxshop Only received one speaker and now waiting on email replies again. You guy's really need to invest in customer service. Everything is long-winded and so frustrating 😢. I've had to buy another speaker from another company or we would have to cancel our event.
