Yes, Latios and Latias are siblings in the context of the popular Pokémon Heroes film, where they are portrayed as brother and sister. However, across the entire Pokémon franchise, they are actually an entire species of Dragon/Psychic-type Pokémon rather than a single pair.

Hot take but I think attendees immediately selling their PC ETBs they bought from the Pokemon Center at NAIC to be flipped by a vendor should have their passes revoked.
