I have failed miserably at this. I have not seen anyone about my sches and pains, I've been on my phone just as much, still have pop, still eat like crap sorta and I haven't streamed at all. Oooof
Resolutions for 2026:
1. See professionals about all my aches and pains I experience on a regular basis.
2. Less screen time and more time gaming.
3. Cut down on pop consumption, no more pop at home.
4. Eat healthier and exercise a bit more
5. Stream
