We sent out an email to customers yesterday with an update on the process. The gist is this: we've fixed the issues and have put in the final print order. You should expect to receive a tracking link for your order by late June.

The distribution of orders looks like this. With one week left for pre-orders, and based on the rate they’ve been coming in, we’re planning to print roughly 150 copies of each issue. That should leave around 50 extra copies of each book after pre-orders have been fulfilled.
