Edmund fun fact: this week I went on a vacation with the family! This is the first time Iโve left my โsafe zoneโ in over 15 years. As some of you know Iโve suffered from anxiety my whole life and agoraphobia for a long time. There was a time I couldnโt leave the house without suffering vomit inducing panic attack.. but with a lot of work and support from Danielle I achieved something I thought I could never do. Just putting this out there to whoever needs it, you can do it!

I'm devastated about Ashley (youngestoldcatlady)'s passing... I never got to meet her, but through her posts and work we could tell she was a wonderful soul, inspiring to many others like me.
Humanity suffered a huge loss today. ๐

People say you donโt form real bonds with internet โfriendsโ but so many of the people I follow on Instagram are really sad over the passing of Ashley Morrison @ YoungestOldCatLady. She had a heart of gold and an amazing work ethic, plus a great sense of humor. ๐

As a person who struggles with depression and anxiety, I know deep in my heart what is like to try your best not to fade. And cats had been a HUGE help in my recovery.
