The #BBNJ PrepCom wrapped up its final session today and will be forwarding to the first BBNJ COP, for its consideration, draft texts relating to rules of procedure, subsidiary bodies, financial matters and the secretariat, among other matters.
As the #BBNJ Agreement PrepCom commences the second week of its third session, delegations are continuing discussions on key issues for the effective implementation of the Agreement, including COP rules of procedure, financial rules and arrangements for the secretariat.
