I wanted to compete on quality and price , focused on direct contracts. No insurance unless the carrier treated every claim as an invoice to be paid. Direct sales to companies 340b markups from cost, of only 15 pct No consultants. Hire people that are great at their jobs and can do the work. A discussion on whether we would spend the money on getting approved for government programs. All the approvals are expensive and may not have been worth it. We could publish quality measures and let 3rd parties audit them. Run the economics like a real business , run the care like every patient is family.

Today I’ve been compiling a lengthy list of local service companies to potentially consult with, and the consistent thought in the back of my mind is that radical marxists wouldn’t think twice about destroying these independent success stories in service of their sick ideology.

It is criminal that our government enabled a bat virus to infect and spread between humans. Indeed, it is hard to imagine a bigger betrayal of our species. It is equally troubling that the mad scientists who did this then gaslit all the people of the world about it, including those who CORRECTLY interpreted the evidence. Then, of course, the very same monsters amped up fear of the Covid frankenvirus and steered the panicked public away from safe medicines, and toward an obviously dangerous gene-therapy which they falsely called a vaccine in order to lure us into acceptance. These are among the greatest crimes EVER committed against humanity. We now have persuasive evidence of everything I have said above. If we don't correct the record and hold the perpetrators to account, this pattern will happen again, and again, and again--shortening our life expectancy, and degrading our quality of life each time that it does. This is our Nuremberg moment. We can not simply move on from this ghastly chapter of history. We must finish it. @brownstoneinst

They kill the monkey running the farm and steal and eat all of the bananas on the trees. They have no idea how to run the farm. The following year the 100 monkeys starve to death. The last monkey, before dying, curses the monkey who built the farm.

To add to this. Before joining SpaceX I had lost almost everything because my wife fell ill. Our house, our savings, just about all. I quit my job to take care of her. The only thing we kept was our little Jiu-Jitsu school. After she got better, and it was time to go back to work, a student of ours that worked at SpaceX said they were hiring. He told me to apply as a "non-qualified technician". I had to pass two tests online to get an interview. On interview day, we were told that the interviews were only going to last 15 minutes. Apparently, there just weren't enough Aerospace Techs around. So, they decided to hire 2000 people in just a few months. Anyone they thought they could teach got hired, and the interviews were really only 15 minutes. The gentleman that interviewed me was surprised as a girl knocked on the door and said "times up". He thought the 15 min thing had some room. Two weeks later, there I am at SpaceX working in Composites as an apprentice through a temp company. The following April, on the 21st, I was hired as a SpaceX employee. Two years later we were able to buy a house. At the end, I had worked my way to become the supervisor for materials testing, and this past January decided to retire. What a wild ride it was. I am so proud of my teams. Thank you @elonmusk for creating and giving me this opportunity.

When I started learning to code as a teen, I was also neck deep in Algebra at school. Maybe my biggest “look like a fool” thing was it took me 2-3 days to understand what variable assignment was in code. “int x = 3? But why does x equal 3? WHY?!?” So funny now. So cringe then.
