I heard many armys passed out from heat & dehydration yesterday. Please take the advice seriously. Layers isn't your friend. Bring water to drink in line. The line to get in is HOURS long. Florida sun is unforgiving. Make the most of your experience without compromising health.

Really crazy considering I spent 2 hours on the phone and through chat today trying to get help. Finally got someone to escalate it for me and this is how that turned out...
Not even an apology.
And no further response. I didn't just lose the VIP ticket they cancelled, I lost my original one that I exchanged out for it. I was left with nothing.

Hey Trinh, we understand how frustrating this is for fans who thought they had secured VIP tickets and we're working with the tour to see what other options exist for you and others.
About 100 fans were affected after VIP tickets were made available by the venue in error yesterday. Those exact seats had been promised to other fans who participated in last week’s Ticket Request. We've confirmed that it didn't happen in any other markets.

guys PLS be careful when buying bts tickets off twitter my friend nearly got scammed 500 but luckily i noticed the screen recording was fake. the seller used a MADISON BEER ticket and edited it show the information for bts in london. scammers are getting so advanced now because if i hadnt noticed the glitch in the video she wouldve got scammed. the scammer is @/museandmuffi.

Cancelled tickets will be made available at *face value* through a request program that starts April 13th. Fans that unknowingly purchased on 3rd party resale sites can and should apply (will also note that TM Resale was off for this tour).

if u are planning on buying resale tickets on seatgeek or stubhub i would recommend waiting until ticketmaster is done cracking down on scalper resale tickets, my guess is after april 13th the remaining tickets on resale sites will be the legit ones being resold by real armys
