Itâs been so exciting to see the applications coming in for Round 2 of the Peopleâs Fund!
Designed by people with learning disabilities alongside our fundraising team, the People's Fund helps the people we support to live even fuller lives.
This one-year programme supports young people aged 18 to 24 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or special educational needs, so they can gain valuable workplace experience and build confidence.
Our United Response York Education learners had an amazing afternoon at the end of last year watching Edgar Wrightâs brand-new film The Running Man đŹ
It was a brilliant chance for new learners to bond and feel part of the local community.
Weâre proud that our latest annual report features so many incredible stories from around the country, bringing to life the many achievements of the people we support and our staff.
Check out this behind-the-scenes video with a few highlights from our annual report photoshoot!
Our Life Stories is a first-of-its-kind peer research project capturing the real experiences of disabled and autistic people, and people with learning disabilities, across recent decades.
We're displaying these powerful audio histories in exhibitions across the country next month, helping to preserve lived experiences for future generations.

Say hi to Ali - one of our fantastic London Marathon 2026 runners, pictured here after a recent 10K run đ
Ali is not only going to be taking on the marathon for us this year, but sheâs also the daughter of one of our trustees and even volunteered for us when she was growing up!
Our 2025 celebration day was a fantastic day of recognising and rewarding colleagues who went that extra mile, and this contribution will make a real difference as we plan this yearâs event.
A huge thank you to Ward Hadaway for your support, weâre truly grateful.
As the year draws to a close, weâre taking a moment to reflect on the results of our recent EDI survey.
The feedback shared by colleagues has helped us celebrate whatâs working well and better understand where we can keep growing.
Itâll help us strengthen our EDI training, so we can improve diversity in leadership and build an even more inclusive workplace.
Take a look at some of the wonderful responses we got! đ„ł
